"Good jersey for the price, just wish the instructions were clearer"
I ordered a jersey from Get Air Sports and overall I’m happy with it. The stitching is neat, and it held up fine after I washed it, which was a good sign. There was one tiny loose thread on a side seam, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect the jersey. For the price, I think it’s a solid buy. I just would’ve liked clearer instructions, especially around washing or care details. Still, I’d give it 4 stars.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect at first, and I spent a little time comparing a few options before going with this. The gear looked fine when I got it, and after using it a bit, it held up well. There were a couple small things that could’ve been better, but nothing that really ruined the experience. After thinking about it, the prices were fair and I’d say it was worth what I paid.

"Packaging showed up in rough shape"
My order from getairsports.com arrived with the packaging looking beat up. One side of the box was crushed, and the tape was already half coming off. Luckily, the item was still inside and seemed okay, but it really didn’t feel like it had been packed with much care. When you’re paying for something new, it’s disappointing to have it show up looking like it got kicked around, especially since this seems totally avoidable.

"Surprisingly, it actually holds air"
I bought one from getairsports.com and, shockingly enough, it actually holds air really well. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and have barely had to top it up, which is a nice change from my old one that apparently thought staying inflated was optional

"Works good, just a bit loud"
Got this pump from getairsports and yeah, it’s been doing the job well. It pumps up my board faster than my old one, and the pressure seems to stay steady enough. I haven’t had any weird cutting out or leaking so far, which is basically what I care about most. I’m giving it 4 stars just because it is kinda loud, and the hose feels a little stiff when you’re setting it up. Not a huge deal or anything, just worth mentioning. Overall, it saves me a bunch of time and works like it’s supposed to

"My latest delivery experience was really frustrating"
I’m still annoyed because this just happened recently. The order was supposed to arrive in a few days, but it basically sat there with barely any tracking updates. I ended up having to reach out myself just to figure out what was going on. When it finally showed up, I didn’t even need it anymore, which made the whole thing feel like a waste. Maybe other people have had smoother deliveries, but based on this most recent experience, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again.

"Started falling apart way too soon"
I bought this from getairsports.com, and after only a few uses the stitching was already coming apart. For what it cost, I really expected it to hold up better. I am disappointed because it feels kind of cheap and just did not last like I thought it would.

The product itself was okay, but getting help was more frustrating than it should’ve been. I had to follow up a few times just to get a basic answer, and it felt like no one was really keeping an eye on things. Not the worst experience ever, but when you need support, waiting that long is annoying 😬

"Decent comfort, maybe just bad timing"
I've used it a few times now, and the comfort is okay, just not amazing. At first it feels good, but after wearing it for a while it starts to bug me a bit. To be fair, I may have just picked bad timing to really test it out since I was already kind of tired and uncomfortable that day. Overall it’s not bad, I just expected it to stay comfortable for longer...

The product itself has been good overall, and I’m glad the warranty claim did eventually get sorted. It did take a few emails back and forth, which was a bit frustrating and could’ve been smoother. But once everything was cleared up, the support team handled it and got the issue resolved, so I’m happy with the outcome.

It bounces really well, so no complaints there. The firmness is okay overall, but it feels a little too stiff for my liking. Not a huge deal, but it’s kind of ridiculous how much I noticed it at first.

I had an issue with my order and, i was mostly focused on whether it would actually get resolved rather than every little detail along the way. It did take longer than I was hoping, which was a bit frustrating, but support eventually sorted it out. Not a perfect experience, but I do appreciate that they fixed the problem in the end

"Pretty solid for casual training"
I ordered some basic sports gear from getairsports it felt like a decent buy for what I needed. I wasn’t really expecting top-tier professional equipment, so I wasn’t disappointed when it turned out to be more on the casual training side. For using a few times a week, it does the job and that made me feel like I got fair value. The delivery was okay, though I did feel a little impatient because it took slightly longer than I hoped.
